Socio-epigenetic Modulation of LncRNA Malat1 in Colorectal Cancer Health Disparity

Overview

Dr. Rao is Professor at University of Tennessee UT Health Science Center in the Department of Physiology, He is an expert in the areas of gastrointestinal biology with on-going project on stress, alcohol and colon cancer. He will participate in design and execution of stress related studies and provide the expertise in animal experiments for these studies, interpretation of results and writing manuscripts. His laboratory will provide valuable reagents, assistance, and protocols for this application, both in vitro and in vivo animal experiments and outcome use in clinical scenarios.
