NCEL aims to empower effective leaders in Tennessee. NCEL envisions modeling and delivering high quality and innovative leadership development practices to grow Tennessee leaders and set national standards.NCEL trains public service leaders at all levels – from emerging supervisors to experienced executives. Its training has helped hundreds of public service professionals improve their skills in creative leadership and managerial effectiveness.
