MTAS’s mission is to work with Tennessee municipalities to improve the lives of those they serve and for TN municipalities to be a national model of good governance.MTAS provides technical advice and training in municipal management to cities and towns across the state: their governing bodies, mayors, city managers, city recorders, and city department heads.
