No. This is an internal competition and should *not​* be submitted in the Cayuse system, but instead using the online application through InfoReady located on the grants landing page.

Grant Terms and Conditions

Up to 20% of the total allocation can be used for researcher salaries (P.I./co-P.I./Lead Researchers). The 20% is not per-individual, but can be shared among a group researchers. Additional funds may also be used for students, postdocs, or technical staff support. No F&A and overhead. Up to 20% of the budget can be used for external partners.

Consortium

Budget to travel to at least one in-person consortium meeting. Type 2 teams will have to make quarterly presentations at the consortium meeting. Type 1 teams are strongly encouraged to attend.
