Purpose: (1) To examine the prevalence of substance use in Medicare beneficiaries. (2) To examine clinical outcomes of substance use. (3) To examine humanistic outcomes of substance use. (4) To examine economic outcomes of substance use. Use: This study will inform key stakeholders about health outcome of substance use in Medicare beneficiaries.
